3. The weft wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor.The stepper motor drives the disk-type device to drop wires automatically. The weft wire store device has more capacity can load max 1.5 tons rebar.
4. Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh opening can be reach.
5. The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components, making the service life long.

Mesh pulling system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor supporting planetary reducer drives pneumatic clamping mesh pulling device to ensure the stability of the system and the standard size of the welded mesh.Automatic reciprocating mesh drawing can realize the production of lengthening size mesh.
7. The reinforcing panel mesh welding machine equips with 13 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling welding transformers, The capacity of welding transformer is 160KVA*13PCS (26 pcs of welding electrodes) ——every two welding electrodes need a water cooling welding transformer. The water-cooling welding transformer with epoxy resin are adopted, which is smaller in size and higher welding capacity in safety and reliability than traditional transformers.

13. Wire feeding way:The longitudinal wires and weft wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The longitudinal wires should be inserted into the slot tunnel by manual work or inserted into the wire feeding car first, then send by Panasonic servo motor.
14. Automatic falling mesh device and mesh conveyor is adopted, so it save much labor to move the mesh panels.
